These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of searchveridian.com (the "Site"), operated by SearchVeridian ("SearchVeridian," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site describes SearchVeridian's iGaming SEO and GEO services. Its content is for general information. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of results, and any pricing shown on the Site is indicative only — actual scope and pricing are set in a written engagement agreement.
Any engagement between SearchVeridian and a client is governed by a separate written engagement agreement and a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Where those signed documents and the Site differ, the signed documents control. Reading the Site, or contacting us, does not by itself create a client relationship.
Search and AI-search visibility depend on third-party platforms we do not control. SearchVeridian does not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, AI citation, or commercial outcome. We commit to professional process, transparency, and judgment — not to outcomes outside our control.
SearchVeridian provides search-visibility and source-layer services. We do not provide legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, or compliance advice. Each client is solely responsible for the legality of its own operations and for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to it and to the markets in which it operates.
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or disrupt the Site. You may not scrape, copy, or republish Site content except as permitted below.
The Site and its content — text, structure, design, and marks — are owned by SearchVeridian or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of work product created during a client engagement is defined in the engagement agreement, not by these Terms.
We treat inquiries as confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. Formal confidentiality obligations arise under a mutual NDA executed before sensitive information is exchanged.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SearchVeridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed and limited by the engagement agreement for that engagement.
The Site references third-party channels and platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for those services or their terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SearchVeridian's principal place of business. Any dispute relating to the Site should first be raised directly with us and will be addressed in good faith; the governing law and forum for a specific engagement are set out in that engagement's agreement.
